About Me

DOGHEADEDHOUND, also known as doggyulcer, Doggy, or Rowan Brennan (He / They / It), is a multimedia artist, illustrator, comic creator, and aspriring strange shape on the edge of the treeline.

Rowan has been creating in a similar fashion to breathing since he was old enough to hold a drawing utensil. His body of work can be summed up with the phrase "Humor, Horror, Humanity"- He strives to entertain, scare, understand, and explore the human psyche and what makes it tick. Sometimes that's body horror, sometimes it's trans people turning into pylons or pool toys. Sometimes it's coping with an absurd slapstick situation, or a cosmic horror, or a genuine real-life struggle. Everything bleeds if you dig into the flesh deep enough.

The artist of the hour is currently attending Michigan State University for graphic design, with a minor in comic art and graphic novels. In his free time, he draws, sculpts, crochets, writes, needlefelts, hikes, games, researches, and lives.By god, he lives. And he refuses to stop.

Rowan is always open for commission, and will explore just about any artistic endeavor you throw at him.
